AI Donguibogam 365 (the "Platform") is an information site that presents the Donguibogam in a modern way. We keep the personal data we collect to a minimum and protect it carefully. Most content can be used without signing in.

1. Items and Methods of Personal Information Collection

The Platform does not run its own sign-up form. Only when you use features that require signing in, such as scraps, highlight notes, comments and wiki notes, do we receive your email and account identifier from Google, Kakao or Apple sign-in to keep you signed in. If you subscribe to the newsletter, we keep the email you enter and your chosen topics. We never ask for or store passwords, national ID numbers or phone numbers.

2. Profile and Health Information

In your profile you may optionally enter a nickname, date of birth, gender and place of birth. The Platform does not collect health information such as medical history, medications, height or weight.

The health fields once used by the former consultation feature were removed on October 15, 2026, and all values stored until then were deleted.

3. Core Purpose of Using Personal Information

• Providing the service: keeping you signed in, saving scraps and notes, publishing comments and wiki notes, and sending newsletters and share emails you request
• Protecting the service: running sessions to prevent abuse and spam and to manage usage limits

4. Provision to Third Parties

The Platform does not sell your personal data or share it with third parties for marketing. To operate the service we use these processors: web hosting and data storage (Vercel, Cloudflare), email delivery (Resend), sign-in (Google, Kakao, Apple) and advertising (Google). If you use 'AI expanded search', the query you type is sent to the Google Gemini API to expand it, without any information that identifies you.

5. Complete Destruction Principle

If you ask us to delete your account, we delete the profile, scraps, notes and share-email records linked to it. You can delete your comments and wiki notes yourself or ask us to. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time with the link at the bottom of each email.

6. Ads and Cookies

• We may serve ads from third-party vendors including Google AdSense.
• Vendors use cookies to serve personalized ads.
• Users can opt-out of personalized advertising via Google Ad Settings.
